All returns are initiated by the customer through the marketplace. We first take a look at the order/product to make sure that the product is still under warranty and there is still time for returns. 

Ee then send you return for your acceptance. When you accept the return a shipping label is generated and sent to the client. The client then boxes the product and delivers the box to Canada Post.

Please know that there are certain times when the client pays for the return and sometimes when you as the Seller will pay for the return. For example, if there was a mistake in shipping and the client received a different product.

If this were to happen then we will debit the amount of the return plus shipping from your account so that we can return the funds to the client.

In some instances however, the client is who pays for the shipping.
